Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CommOne. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
CommOne provides a team inbox that merges email, messaging, and chat channels. Features may change as we improve the product.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use CommOne for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms and your plan limits.
Accounts and Google sign-in
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
If you use Google sign-in, you authorise us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google for authentication and display in CommOne, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content and channels
You retain ownership of messages and other content you connect to CommOne. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your workspace.
You must have the right to connect each mailbox or channel and must comply with the terms of those providers and applicable law.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.
- No attempt to breach security, probe systems without permission, or interfere with other customers.
- No resale or misuse of CommOne except as allowed by your agreement with us.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use CommOne in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
Availability and support
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and outages may occur.
Support levels depend on your plan. Contact us at the address below for help.
Disclaimer and liability
CommOne is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use a free tier.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
